The word Yoga means yoke or union. It is a physical, spiritual and emotional practice that connects us with the Divine. Yoga is about looking in and honoring who you are. The goal of yoga is not the pose. Becoming flexible or standing on your hands is not the goal. The goal is to create a space where you were once stuck, to unveil layers of protection you've built around your heart, to appreciate your body and become aware of the mind and the noise it creates and to make peace with who you are.

Come into love: recognize your heart song. All things you need will come to you.
